Enroll in FOA

1. Schedule meeting with your counselor to determine if FOA is a good fit for you and select courses
2. Complete FOA enrollment form and return to your counselor with a parent signature
3. Attend scheduled onboarding session before beginning classes

1. Reach out to Falcons Online Academy with questions and determine if it is a good fit for you
2. Complete the OLR (Online Registration form) below.
3. If attending FOA full-time, complete Open Enrollment paperwork OR If attending FOA part-time, complete MDE Supplemental Course Registration Form
4. Schedule meeting with your counselor to select courses
5. Attend scheduled onboarding session before beginning classes (virtual options available)

OLR (Online Registration form)

• Current Faribault students have through the end of the first week of classes to change courses
• Out of district students will be enrolled on an ongoing basis.

Please understand, all students begin courses from the beginning and we do not take in progress grades from outside the district.
